Every Monday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. the New Madrid County Health Department offers Immunizations, Work - ups for Family Planning, Check Blood Pressure, Cholesterol Screenings, Communicable Disease Testing & Investigation, Contraceptives, Head Lice Checks, Lead Screenings, and Pregnancy Tests

Birth & Death Certificates

Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. No appointment necessary. Birth & Death Certificates only printed if born or died in the state of Missouri. Birth Certificates are $15.00 each copy, Death Certificates are $13.00 for the first copy and $10.00 for each additional copy in the same day.

TB Testing every Monday & Tuesday

TB test can be done every Monday & Tuesday with the test being read in 72 hours either on Wednesday (if done on Monday) or Thursday (if done on Tuesday). 

The cost is $5.00 for each test, unless you miss your test being read the 2nd re-test is $15.00.
