Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere — at home, at work, or in public. When it does, immediate CPR can mean the difference between life and death. Our CPR courses teach you the skills and confidence to act fast when it matters most.

We offer CPR and basic life-saving training for community members, caregivers, workplace groups, and organizations. Courses cover adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, as well as the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Upon completion, participants receive a certification card valid for two years.
